How to Enrol - Returning Students
Returning Students - How to re-enrol
Enrolment is open until Wednesday, 8th February 2012.
Check the right class, the right skill level, and a time that suits.
Choose a class time at the right skill level that will suit you in 2012.
Log onto our on-line registration system.
You can use your User ID and password from 2011 to log in and confirm your family's details for 2012.
You can add a new student to your family group. Don’t forget to remove students who have left. Please check that your email address, phone number, school and home address are still correct, and update the school year that your child is in.
Then select your classes (go to Tasks/Book classes on the menu bar). If you wish to hire an instrument, go to Tasks/Purchase Fees.
Pay for all outstanding items (the centre fee, the instrument hire fee, the keyboard or drum fee and the suggested koha) together (go to Tasks/Make a Payment).
We prefer that you pay by Internet banking or cheque
You can pay by:
Internet Banking: remember to insert identifier (parent username) in the particulars field.
Cheque: post with payment form to Raroa Music Centre, 38 Garden Road, Northland, Wellington 6012
Cash: pay in the Raroa Hall on the first day of classes, 18 February 2012. You must print out the payment form from your enrolment and bring it with you.
Please note that it takes us a few weeks to reconcile payments so the online enrolment system will continue to say that you owe money until we have done the reconciliation..
Checking or changing your enrolment
You can use your own log-in and password to check your enrolment at any time. The Home page of the on-line registrations site will show you the class you have booked and the fee owing if you have booked a hire instrument.
Start your class on Saturday 18 February, 2012.
New hire instruments will be given to you on the first day of classes, Saturday 18 February.
Check the Class Timetable again before 18th February to make sure your class time hasn’t changed and to see which classroom to go to and who the teacher is. There is a map of Raroa Intermediate School on the website to help you find your classroom. There will be notices up around the school on the first day and people to help you find the right room.
